At HideFace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our subscription plans and credit purchases.

Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Within 7 days: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not used more than 20% of your allocated credits.
  • After 7 days: Refunds are generally not available after the 7-day period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Annual Subscriptions

  • Within 14 days: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not used more than 10% of your allocated credits.
  • After 14 days: Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused months remaining in your subscription period.

Credit Pack Refunds

  • Unused credits: If you have purchased a credit pack and have not used any credits, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Partially used credits: Refunds for partially used credit packs are not available.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits that have already been used
  • Subscription renewals (please cancel before renewal date)
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email and order/transaction ID
  3. Provide a brief reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

Effect of Cancellation

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to your remaining credits until the billing period ends
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Unused credits do not carry over after your subscription ends

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first at [email protected]. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
